Responsibilities:
* Process PO/NPO invoices as per the business rules and as per the SLA
* Identify any potential duplicate invoices and report to the Team Leader
* Self / Peer reviews of transactions completed
* Propose potential improvement opportunities
* Respond to client/vendor emails with appropriate solution within the timeframe
* Coordinate with various teams (Requestor's/VMD/Vendors) to ensure that the VMD Changes are made
Skills:
* Good communication skills – Written and Oral
* Knowledge on SAP or other ERP preferred
* Customer focused attitude
