Job Description:

* Develop test cases and test plans and performs software testing activities

* Install and configure software products on various platforms

* Develop and maintain automated software tests

* Report software defects and track quality metrics such as defect counts and test coverage. 

Desired Profile:

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

* 0 - 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, software development, software technical support, or related field

* Knowledge of software development or quality assurance methodologies and terminology

* Exposure to any Quality Management Systems or web-based applications like PDM/PLM, would be an advantage

* Experience in automated testing, software programming, or software scripting would be an advantage. Experience with Selenium for automation would be an added advantage.

* Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies

* Experience using Windows or UNIX operating systems

* Working knowledge of Web Servers, Servlet Engines, Databases and LDAP as they relate to web applications is beneficial

* Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
