* Fresh B.Com, BA, BHM graduates with 60% plus throughout their academics
    
* Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills
    
* Willing to work in different time zones
    
* Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage
