* Process cases as per the guidelines provided by the Trainer.
   
* Deliver with high accuracy as per the Project requirements.
   
* Maintain required productivity as per the SLA.
   
* Provide ideas to improve the process.
   
* Participate effectively in all team initiative.
   
* Willingness to work in Night Shifts (US/UK Shift)
   
* Work Location: Chennai

Eligibility:

* Graduates 2013/2012 pass outs only.
   
* With no standing arrears.
   
* Basic knowledge about computers.
   
* Basic knowledge in MS-Excel
   
* Should possess good communication skill.
   
* PG/BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSC CS/M Sc IT/MBA are not eligible
   
* This is not FOR BPO.
