Job Description:
* Sourcing & Hiring through vendor, job portals, social networking sites and head hunting
* Converting passive candidates into active applicants for Convergys jobs
* Schedule interviews and maintain accurate tracking through Applicant Tracking of the progress of each applicant.
* Interview prospective employees using a profile interviewing process.
* Provide input to hiring manager regarding hiring decisions.
* Generate new employee packets to keep up with demand.
* Accurate compilation of paperwork once applicant is offered job.
Candidate Profile:
* Prior experience in a similar job will be given preference
* Candidates from recruiting agencies with proven track record would be given preference.
* Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
* Knowledge of basic computer operations.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to make decisions under pressure.
* Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
* Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
* Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame.
* Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
* Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
* Should be open to work in any shift timing night shifts or any other rotational work shifts (early morning/late evening)
* Should not be pursuing any regular course/educational program which may conflict with the work timings
