* No percentage cutoff
   
* Outside Kerala students are also eligible
   
* Candidates should have knowledge in Java
   
* Sound knowledge in web technology - web application, HTTP
   
* Exposure to Scala/golang is a plus
   
* Hacker mentality. Ability to work around problems and get the job done
   
* A good team player
