Qualification:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable Technical Quality (4 year) degree
* Quality Assurance certifications, or comparable demonstration of expertise
* Proficiency testing and assuring end-user oriented applications, preferably communication oriented solutions such as IVRs and other solutions using interactive mediums.
* Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices including QA and review processes – familiarity with Waterfall and Iterative delivery models
* Strong personal time management skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
* Experience with management of multiple streams of new and maintenance development using source code control
