Eligibility Criteria:

* 2013 Batch BTech / BE Candidates
   
* 2012 or earlier batches Candidates with 6 months plus experience in Server Administration / Webhosting
   
* 2012 or earlier batches Candidates with 6 months plus experience in Linux
   
* BTech / BE - CS, IT, Electronics branches except (EEE)
   
* EXCELLENT written communication skills (English - compulsory)
   
* Ready to be based in Cochin, Kerala.
   
* Willingness to work in shifts (rotational shift)
   
* Knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows/Networking Preferable but not compulsory.
   
* Outside Kerala College students are also eligible
   
* Freshers : Aggregate 65% for 10th, Plus Two & Btech (64.99% not applicable)
   
* Experienced : Aggregate 60% throughout 10th, Plus Two and Btech (59.99% not applicable)

* No current arrears

Selection Process:

* Freshers : Written test  - (Aptitude / Linux/ Windows/ C /  General Technical Awareness,Communication / written essay) followed by GD / Technical and HR interviews for the selected candidates.
   
* Experienced candidates: Written essay test for 30 minutes followed by GD
   
* Technical and HR interview rounds for the selected candidates will be scheduled at Poornam Office Next day.

All the candidates should bring the following to test venue:
* Writing Pad
   
* Two copies of RESUME
   
* Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists
   
* Three copies of passport size photographs
   
* Examination Fees to be paid to SHREDS
   
* Gum
   
* College ID/Any other Photo ID.
